​​​Flower Icon is looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO and SEM Manager to join our team on a ! This remote role is ideal for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of proven SEO and SEM experience, who thrives on improving online visibility and driving growth.

Responsibilities

​

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to enhance organic search performance.

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and trends.

• Review technical SEO and SEM issues and recommend fixes to improve website performance.

• Monitor and optimize key SEO and SEM KPIs, such as click-through rates, redirects, and bounce rates.

• Manage off-page optimization projects, including link-building initiatives.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement impactful online campaigns.

• Analyze SEO and SEM data and provide actionable insights and reports.

• Stay up-to-date with SEO and SEM trends, tools, and best practices.

 

Requirements

​

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM roles 

• Experience in the floral industry or previous projects with flower stores is a plus 

• Strong expertise in keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO and SEM techniques

• Familiarity with SEO and SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFs, and SEMrush

• Experience in technical SEO and SEM, including HTML, CSS, and website optimization

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and ability to work independently
