​Flower Icon is seeking an experienced and creative Lead Florist to join our San Francisco team! This role is perfect for someone with a passion for floral artistry and leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Lead Florist, you’ll play a key role in crafting stunning floral designs, managing inventory, and guiding a talented team of florists.

Responsibilities
 

• Design and create innovative floral arrangements for a variety of occasion 

• Manage daily operations, including inventory and supply ordering

• Train and mentor junior florists to maintain quality standards 

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions 

• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.​

 
Requirements 
​

• Proven experience as a florist or floral designer (at least 2 years of experience) 

• Strong creative and organizational skills 

• Ability to work in a team and lead by example 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends​

Hourly Rate: $23 - $27 per hour plus tips
